Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory. Shenzhen Tongyan Technology Co., Ltd. (brand TENN LOVEE) handles R&D, tooling, assembly and quality control in Longgang, Shenzhen. Our production lines cover TWS earbuds, open-ear (OWS) models, live-streaming audio-card combos and lapel-mic kits.

What warranty do you offer on Bluetooth earbuds?

12 months from shipment. If a unit fails within the warranty period we identify the cause and ship replacement units or spare parts — battery, charging case or PCB — free of charge.

Can you ship to my freight forwarder in China?

Yes. We deliver to freight forwarders in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and we work on EXW, FOB Shenzhen or DDP to your warehouse. Carton marks and pallet labels can be customised to your requirements.

What customization can I get?

Logo on the earbuds and charging case, custom colours and surface finish, retail box and manual in your language, firmware voice prompts, Bluetooth name, and private-mould development for volume programmes. MOQ starts at 1,000 pcs.
