Sourcing Bluetooth Earbuds for Korea and Brazil: What Buyers Ask Before the First Order
When a distributor starts sourcing Bluetooth earbuds, the first conversation is rarely about price. It is about whether the product can actually enter the market — which documents are required, which form factor sells, and what the landed cost will look like after certification, packaging and freight.
Shenzhen Tongyan Technology Co., Ltd. (brand TENN LOVEE) is a Bluetooth audio OEM/ODM manufacturer in Longgang, Shenzhen. Two of our busiest export markets are Korea and Brazil, and the questions buyers ask in each market are quite different. Here is what we usually work through before a first order.
Korea — KC certification and product fit
The first item on a Korean importer's list is KC certification for radio and electrical safety. Without a valid KC registration, the product cannot be legally distributed, and the importer carries the risk. We prepare the technical file, test documentation and labelling information required for Korean market entry, and we plan the certification step into the production schedule instead of leaving it to the end.
Product mix matters just as much. Korean buyers tend to prefer slim, low-pressure in-ear designs and open-ear (OES/OWS) models, because many customers wear earbuds for long periods at work or while commuting. Comfort and a discreet profile often win over aggressive styling. Korean-language packaging, manual and clean carton marking are expected as standard, not as an optional extra.
Brazil — ANATEL homologation and landed cost
In Brazil, ANATEL homologation is the gate. The process takes time, and experienced importers plan the timeline before they book retail space or commit to a launch date. We supply the product documentation and samples needed for homologation testing, and we keep the model stable once it is approved, because any hardware change can restart the process.
Price bands drive the specification more than in almost any other market. A model that works at one retail price may not work at another, so we adjust the chipset, battery capacity and packaging to hit a target landed cost instead of forcing a single catalogue model into every channel. Water-resistant sport and running TWS remain the volume drivers, and Portuguese packaging with a local warranty card is part of the deal.
What ships with every order
- CE, RoHS and FCC documentation prepared for customs and marketplace requirements
- OEM and ODM as standard: your logo, your moulds, your retail box, your manual
- Low MOQ, so a new model can be tested before committing to volume
- Factory-direct production: R&D, tooling, assembly and quality control under one roof
- Batch consistency — the specification you approve is the specification we ship
What to send us for a fast quotation
To quote accurately we need five pieces of information: the target market, the model type (TWS, open-ear, or live-streaming audio-card combo), the target quantity, the packaging requirement, and the target retail or landed price. With those five answers we can recommend a model, quote a sample and outline the first-batch schedule.
If you are evaluating a new Bluetooth audio line for Korea, Brazil or another market, send your requirements through our inquiry page and our team will reply with a sample plan and a quotation: //www.aiyansj.com/en/send-inquiry.html
