From Order to Container: How Our Shenzhen Factory Runs QC on Every Batch

Between the day you place an order and the day the container leaves Shenzhen, there is a line of checks most buyers never get to see. We are Shenzhen Tongyan Technology Co., Ltd. Step 1 — Incoming material check

Drivers, batteries, PCBA and housings are checked when they arrive at the factory, not after they are built into a finished unit. A failed batch of components never reaches the assembly line.

Step 2 — In-line testing

Pairing, charging, microphone and ANC performance are tested on every unit as it comes off the line, not on a few samples at the end of the month.

Step 3 — Aging and durability tests

Samples drawn from each batch go through full charge and discharge cycles, plus drop and pull tests on cables, hinges and ear tips.

Step 4 — Pre-shipment QC

Function, cosmetic and battery checks are completed before anything is packed. Units that do not pass are pulled out, not shipped and hoped for.

Step 5 — Export packaging

Retail boxes, labels, manuals and master cartons are prepared for your target market, so the goods arrive ready to sell.

Step 6 — Documents with the goods

CE, RoHS and FCC paperwork, packing list and tracking information are sent before the container moves, so customs clearance does not turn into a surprise.
